Our Studio is:
Currently used for art classes and workshops (including events such as birthday parties, bridal showers, corporate events) but is also suitable for a clinic space (mobile massage etc.), food/health workshops, small seminars for up to 25 people.

What is included and available with your hire:

• 15x plastic chairs available (optional)
• Tables available (optional): 6x 1.8m fold up trestle tables + 4x fold up small trestles + 1x 120cm table (plastic table covers also available)
• 10x large art easels available upon request (an additional flat rate/single payment of $20p/day and must be organised in advance)
• 2 sinks (1 in bathroom)
• Private onsite toilet and bathroom with grab rail
• 2 car parks available + on street parking
• Fully accessible premises/single story + no steps
• BYO food and drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages) permitted (we have a large fridge)
• Kitchenette with kettle + range of teas & coffees provided
• Water machine with cold water provided
• Mugs, jug, cups, cutlery, plates and bowls provided for your use
• Small outdoor courtyard as additional space
• 5x power point outlets with 1x extension cord provided
• 1x 180cm tall wire storage racks with shelves/drying rack
• Ability to utilise the wall hangings for displays
• A clutter free environment, walk straight in and set up without having to put our stuff away first!
• If requested (and suitable), we can advertise your event to our Facebook page with 2k+ followers and hundreds of past Gold Coast art workshop participants

We offer our Studio for an hourly rate, half day rate or full day rate (each option must include set up and pack down time). If your items must remain overnight (i.e. to dry), please let us know as we may be able to accommodate this.
